Specialized Journalism

Specialized Journalism

Mission:
The master’s degree program aims at meeting the needs of the Romanian media market that evolved during the recent years, mainly by diversification and specialization. Thereby, the program contributes to fiind professionals that would better adjust and cope with the job environment, more flexible and better adapted to these changes. Our recent institutional experiences certify to the fact that job areas subsequent to specialized journalism may expand and consolidate even under the less favourable circumstances of a period of economic recession, providing professional opportunities to master’s degree graduates in the field.
The program includes courses in Feminine Journalism; Debates in TV Journalism;, Print Editing; European Journalism; Press Correspondence; Live Broadcasting; Social Journalism; Economic Journalism; Cultural Journalism; Sports Journalism; Media and Cultural Industries; Investigative Journalism; Journalism and Protection of the Disadvantaged (/Socially Challenged); Research Project regarding the Specialized Journalism Genres; Applied Project on Specialized Journalism Production (broadcasting, newspaper, magazine, website).
