Licensed in economy, Oana Maria Calin has a master degree in communication and human resources and has the PMI certification of PMP, BELBIN and LIFO.

From 2002 – trainer and business consultant in personal and professional development projects delivered for employees from private companies in Romania (communication, personal efficiency, team management, time management, l;eadership, teambuilding, client serivce)

Non-profit activity
1998-2002 – member in AIESEC Bucharest (project manager, trainer at local, national and international level, team lider for trainers at national level)
2007-2019 – project manager, awareness campaign resaponsible, implementation responsible in EU co-funded project European Researchers Night
2010-2013 – project manager in POSDRU project for entrepreneurship education for students from 3 regions in Romania
2010 – presindet Association INVENIO that implements educational projects for youth and events for promoting science and research
2012 – founding member in community for social entrepreneurs IMPACT Hub Bucharest
2012-2014 – project manager “5Sciences” in which students from Bucharest’s highschools were working with researchers in various fields for their final participation to European Researchers Night
2016-2017 – Team lider for entrepreneurship module for athlets (rowing feminin olimpic team of Romania) in ERASMUS project DC4AC
2019 – vice-president of professional association AIESEC Alumni Romania
